Company Answers

1. First you should know that our fees are Retained. Since 9/11 we have changed our offering to our clients of either Contingency or Retained to 100% Retained. What this means is that when you sign our Agreement you will be sending us a check in the agreed amount of what would be equivalent to 1/3 (One Third) of our Fee.

What this also means is that once you sign with us (for a pre-arranged number of days) we become your EXCLUSIVE RECRUITMENT Source for the Job Order or Job Orders you have given us.

2. YES, if you decide to sign our Agreement (as mentioned above) you are obligated under the Terms and Conditions set forth in our Agreement. A copy of the actual Agreement will be sent to those company clients who fill out a short Questionnaire. Filling out our Questionnaire in No way binds you or obligates you to anything.

3. We are Totally Confidential. We never reveal your company's name until YOU confirm your interest is a specific Candidate. All Job Orders are coded as soon as our Agreement has been received. Only the Officers of our Corporation and our Senior Executives now handle the Recruitment Process. So, only our top staff has access via Passwords to see your Job Order and Requirements.

4. Although we do not negotiate our fees as a standard practice, we have since 9/11 developed Special Promotions (from time to time), which provide discounted rates. These Special Promotions are sometimes devoted to specific targets i.e. Tour Operators, Corporate Travel Departments, New Clients, Clients who place more than one Job Order with us, etc.

5. Yes you may view our entire Agreement before signing as well as any specific promotions that may be available at that time. A copy of the actual Agreement will be sent to those company clients who fill out a short Questionnaire. Filling out our Questionnaire in no way binds you or obligates you to anything.

6. We handle a full range of salaries, since we are the ONLY Nationwide and Global firm of our kind. We realize that there are no standard salaries in our industry and much depends where you are actually located. Our specialties are in the placement of supervisors or managers.

11. Candidates are always pre-screened through an extensive Interview Process. Our process includes an Internal Assessment Form that ranges from 8 to 15 pages dependant on the salary level and title of position you are seeking to fill.

12. We always provide Reference Checks for all Candidates, at all salary levels. We will send them directly to you with the name of the person we spoke with, their title or position, their phone number and their exact quotes.
