I wish to applaud Ms. Marilyn Carlson Nelson for her insight and determination. As an advocate of education and training and as one who has spoken for many Universities and Colleges, I have for the last 27+ years been offering my own insight to the fantastic opportunities which exist in the Travel & Tourism Industries.

It is our responsibility not only to promote our industry to the newcomers, but to our peers as well.

We must ensure that we stay committed to our industry. I have seen too many people seeking career changes… luckily once most of them experience the "Outer" World - they run back to the fold as soon as possible.
